解析は訪問者が何をしたかを示し、アンケートはその理由を尋ねます。自分のサイト上の小さなカードに1つまたは複数の質問を置き、回答をトラフィックと並べて確認できます。アンケート1つは無料です。

カードはクッキーを設定せず、デバイスには何も書き込みません。回答に含まれるのは、ページ、デバイスの種類、国だけで、それ以外はありません。

自由記述、単一選択、複数選択、評価、NPSスコア、はい/いいえ。最大5つの質問で、1画面に1つずつ表示されます。
適切なタイミングで質問
ページの読み込み時、遅延後、スクロール後、離脱しようとしたとき、または自分のコードが要求したときに表示できます。
質問は1日に最大1回
各訪問者にカードが表示されるのは1日に最大1回で、同時に表示されるカードも常に1つだけです。

5つのテンプレートから、完成したアンケートを選んで変更できます。その後、ページ、デバイス、質問する訪問者の割合、カードの位置、実施する日付を選びます。

プライバシーを考慮した設計
アンケートでは、名前やメールアドレスを尋ねることはできません。そのための質問タイプがないためです。テキストボックスに入力された内容は、保存される前にサイトのPIIスクラバーを通ります。Do Not Track、Global Privacy Control、訪問者のオプトアウトは、サイトの設定に従って尊重されます。保存されるすべてのフィールドは、アンケートのドキュメントに記載されています。
プラン別
Free には、ワークスペース内のアンケート1つと、月10件の回答が含まれます。上限に達するとアンケートの表示は止まるため、回答が破棄されてしまうカードを誰にも見せることはありません。Pro と Business では、アンケートと回答は無制限です。Business には AI によるテーマ分析が加わり、自由記述の質問への回答を最大12のテーマにまとめ、それぞれに件数、感情、例を付けます。

いいえ。アンケートの回答はイベントではなく、毎月のイベント数にカウントされることはありません。
アンケートは、どのようにページに表示されますか?
すでにお使いのトラッキングコードの ask モジュールを通じて表示されます。サイト設定のスニペットに含まれています。このモジュールを外すと、何も読み込まれず、リクエストもされません。
クッキーなしで、訪問者に1日1回だけ質問するにはどうしますか?
訪問者をカウントするのと同じ日次キーのもとで、メモリ上にマーカーを保持します。キーは保存されず、ソルトは毎日ローテーションし、マーカーはUTC日の終わりに失効します。
