Data exports and warehouse sync

Export aggregated tables, raw events or a dashboard bundle as CSV, JSON or XLSX, or sync analytics data daily to S3, BigQuery, Snowflake or Azure Blob Storage.

Vis som Markdown

Quick exports#

Every panel and drill-down table has a CSV download, and the Overview's Export menu downloads the current view.

Export builder#

Exports → New export (workspace menu) for bigger jobs.

Setting Options
Data Aggregated (metrics by dimensions), pageviews, events, imported data, a dashboard bundle, or raw events
Range Any date range, in the site's timezone
Grouping Hour, day, week, month, quarter or year (aggregated)
Dimensions and metrics Any combination (aggregated)
Filters Any filters and segment
Format CSV, JSON, NDJSON, XLSX. The dashboard bundle is a ZIP

Preview shows the first rows and an estimated row count before you start. Exports run in the background. You get a notification (and a export.ready webhook if configured) when the file is ready. Download links last 7 days.

Raw event exports are available on Pro and above. Properties you haven't marked as "No personal data" under Events → Property settings are left out of row-level exports and warehouse syncs.

Warehouse sync (Business)#

Push data to Amazon S3, Google BigQuery, Snowflake or Azure Blob Storage every day. Add a destination with its credentials under Exports → Warehouses (from the Exports page), then run a sync manually or let the daily schedule do it. Credentials are stored encrypted.

API#

Exports are a REST resource under /workspaces/<workspace id>/exports (create, list, show, download). See the API reference. Exports and API calls don't count toward your usage.
