Can I bring my Delighted data across?
Delighted is a survey tool, so its data is scores and comments, not testimonials. If you exported comments you want to use, put them in a spreadsheet and use the spreadsheet import. Only add what the people agreed to share.
Does it measure NPS?
No. Testimonials collects what customers say, and the rest of Privatus Analytics has on-site surveys. If NPS scoring is what you need, a survey tool is the right choice.
Can I bring my testimonials across from Delighted?
Yes, with a spreadsheet. Export or copy your testimonials from Delighted into a CSV or Excel file and use the spreadsheet import. An import never counts toward your monthly number of new testimonials. Only bring in what the people agreed to share.
